Our shuttering panels are manufactured strictly as per IS 4990: 1993 guidelines. Double-sided phenol-impregnated film overlays (120 GSM) bonded under high temperature and pressure with 100% Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resin. This results in a totally hydrophobic glass-smooth surface that inhibits moisture absorption and provides mirror-finish concrete release.
