Wonderlam Decorative Laminates

Description of Product:

Wonderlam Decorative Laminate is made out of Kraft and printed paper of different GSM with Phenol Formaldehyde and Melamine Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin as a bonding material. These are high pressure Laminated Sheets. It conforms to IS/2046:1995.

Boiling water, Heat (135° C.),
Phenol,
Mild acid,
Mild Alkali,
Spirit,
Ink,

Scratch,
Abrasion,
Stain etc.

Application:

The applications of Wonderlam Decorative laminates are stated below thickness wise.

i) 1.5 mm - This thickness is suitable for all horizontal as well as  vertical tops of various types of furniture.

ii) 3.2 mm - This is ideally suitable and economically viable in the application of the back of all cabinet, drawer's bottom, sliding shutters, partitions and wall paneling in offices, railway coaches etc. This replaces BWP plywood with paint or laminated sheet.

iii) 6.3 mm - This is an ideal thickness for panel insert of panel door, partitions, wall paneling, sliding shutters etc. This will totally eliminate the use of plywood.

Maintenance:

Wipe clean with ordinary soap or household ammoniated liquid detergent.

For stubborn stains use an organic solvent or stain remover.

Abrasive cleaners and wire brushes are not recommended.

Available Thickness:

1.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 6.3 mm etc.
Other thickness may be available on special orders.
